Training Philosophy

My training philosophy is simple: your results lie within your efforts. “Stabilize, Endure, Strengthen, Advance, and Progress” are the key words in my training methods, which work for clients at any stage or level of ability. We should always be in constant progression, for our lives constantly change and there is no fear of gaining perfection. We build foundations that can withstand any changes while yielding true results and leading you toward true life. With TrueLife, you will learn the proper form and technique for all forms of exercise, which will translate into your daily life.

TrueLife is a culmination of many different camps, ideas, philosophies, and shared knowledge, which is all guided by nature and the human body and how it was meant to function. Two-thirds of your workouts take place when you are not working out. Diet and cardio are critical if you really want to change your mind and body and live truly. Not everyone realizes the effort and
 
commitment needed to truly make changes. We believe that trainers should experience and hold themselves to much higher standards if they want to impact the client. The challenge is reaching people and educating them about how their body was meant to function and what it needs to function naturally and optimally, then inspiring and motivating them to achieve their personal best, with the simple gain of experiencing a beautiful life for themselves, which they can then spread to others.

TrueLife is the way of life, as it was intended by nature. It’s a lifestyle change; it's about moderation and listening to your body; it’s about giving to yourself, so you will only give your best to others. The key to health, and to successfully maintaining it, is the grand result. The more results you feel, the more motivated you become. With our program, you will receive fast, efficient, safe results while you educate yourself in the many facets of wellness, nutrition, fitness, training, and conditioning. You will find out what's right for you!

Our sessions usually last 60 to 90 minutes, which allows time for everything the client needs, whether it is flexibility, strength, rehab, mobility, wellness, or nutrition. We want our clients to receive the best treatment that they can find anywhere. We are attempting to reach people who truly need us, so we keep our prices very low. Consider what it costs to get a training session with a master trainer, a nutritional evaluation and consultation, and a session with a therapist. Here at TrueLife, we always raise the bar in order to bring you the best; we are committed to bringing our clients the cutting edge in science, age-old techniques, and programs—from rehabilitation and healing to sports specifics and athletic conditioning. Together we will develop a program that fits your needs and current fitness level that is realistic yet challenging.

I personally specialize in focus, control, posture, breathing, and alignment. I have worked with and had excellent results with weight loss/gain, fibermyaligia, IBS, Crohn’s Disease, Grave’s Disease, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, MS, and many other special client needs. We welcome clients who have disorders that other doctors and specialists could not ease or help.

I am also proficient in the areas of overall health education, performance enhancement, human movement, nutrition, cardiovascular and resistance training, periodization, rehabilitation, and sports-specific performance. I also manage accounts related to corporate health, fitness, and well-being; I teach classes; and I give speeches on the importance of health, posture, nutrition, and wellness for businesses, corporations, and many schools.

Just wanted to let you know that we are beyond thrilled with Andrew. As I've already told him, he's like a beacon of positivity!! Over a year ago, I started doing multiple workout sessions weekly with Andrew Fox. Both his expert training techniques and nutritional knowledge have given me incredible results. I have lost almost 40 pounds and have dropped 4 to 5 clothing sizes! I can truly say that I would never have been able to achieve these accomplishments on my own.
