I've been working with Andrew from TrueLife Fitness for about a year and a half in physical training and nutrition.  I've never met anyone more passionate and educated in their field.  Not only does he know what he's doing, he knows how to explain it in a way that makes perfect sense.  Since I've been working with Andrew I've met my goal weight and have never felt or looked better.  

Andrew makes most trainers look elementary.  He focuses on form and doing exercises properly in order to maximize the effectiveness of each move.  The simplest adjustments made such a huge difference.  He keeps my workouts enjoyable and effective.  I'm always just the right amount of sore and I have notice significant differences in my body.  

Andrew really stresses the importance of a well-balanced nutrition plan and I can absolutely see why.  He gives you the tools and knowledge you need to get the results you want.  It's definitely an adjustment at first but I could feel a difference in the first couple days of starting my nutrition plan.  Following his guidelines has played a huge role in getting me to where I'm at today.  He taught me how to make healthy choices to help me reach my goals.

In short, Andrew is an untapped master at his craft.  He's all about quality and results and that shows in everything he does.  You'll never find a better person to help you reach your health and wellness goals.  If follow his recommendations you'll never be disappointed!

Our sessions last from 45 to 60 minutes, which allows time for everything the client needs, whether it is flexibility, strength, rehab, mobility, wellness, or nutrition. We want our clients to receive the best treatment that they can find anywhere.
